Your password is your MMU network password, the same password you use to access your student email and MyMMU.

Students: Your initial password is based on your date of birth (Format: DDMonYY e.g. 15Sep87) you should then change it to something more secure. It tells you how to do this on the IT Services password help page

Staff: Your initial password will be randomly generated and emailed to your line manager when you start at Manchester Met. You should change this initial password to something more secure.

If you forget your password contact Information Systems and Digital Services (ISDS)

The Library helpdesk can also help with password problems, using our online services and research support. We also have specialist subject librarians. Here are our contact details. Please email or telephone us for more information or help with any of our services.
