InfoSkills is the Library’s dedicated information literacy skills programme, which teaches your students the skills they need to locate quality academic information for their assignments.

The library has developed a range of online videos, tutorials, guides and help sheets to assist your students navigate, use, and get the most out of the learning resources available.

These include basic help on using the catalogue, reserving books, as well as more in-depth help on using online resources and guidance on searching for information (within the InfoSkills tutorial) and evaluating resources (within the Internet detective).
It is easy to embed these into your unit Moodle areas, but if you’re not sure how to do this or if you require something more specialised, just get in touch with your subject librarian for assistance.
