Further information on what you can book and when bookings can be made is given on this guide.

To book your space, select the "reserve" link.

First select the type of space you require from the drop-down "category" menu.

You can choose a study space, PC, Mac, specialist software or accessible desk.

Then choose the date you would like to study, using either the calendar or the arrow buttons.

A list of seats and times will appear.

A green square indicates the seat is available, a red that it is already booked.

When you have selected a time, the slot will change from green to orange and a pop-up will appear with your booking details.

Choose a seat and select the time you would like your slot to start.

Start times are at 15 minute intervals throughout the day.

Now scroll down.

At the bottom of the screen, you are given the option to choose the length of time you book.

The default allocation is half an hour.

Use the drop-down arrow to select times at 15 minute intervals for a slot duration of between half an hour and two hours.

When you have selected your finish time, select the "submit times" button.

Complete the booking details screen, ensuring you use your university email address, then select "submit my booking".

Your booking will then be provisionally confirmed.
