Do not use the Direct login boxes.

Dawsonera ebooks have a Read Online and a Download option. To Read Online all you need is an internet connection and an up to date browser, you don't need to download any additional software. The Download option requires additional software (information below).

Most Dawsonera ebooks allow multiple users to read them at the same time. There are a few ebooks with a publisher restriction that only allow one or three people to read them at the same time. If the eBook you want to use has a green padlock indicating we've purchased it, but offers a preview instead of the Read Online button, the ebook is in use by another reader. Wait for around 15 minutes, you'll usually be able to access it.

If you have a problem accessing an ebook, or always find that the ebook is in use, please contact the Library. Tell us the title of the ebook you are unable to access and any error messages you get.
