DRAFT Support while you're learning online with new request forms

Click and Collect

Did you know you can find many of the books you need for your studies online? Search for your books using Library Search to find out if an online version is available. If you can't find an online version of the item you need, you can request one journal article or one book chapter using our Scan and Deliver service - we will send it to you via email.

If you can’t find the items you need online, get in touch with us. We will do our very best to find a solution.

Our Click and Collect service will be available only if you can’t access the items you need any other way. Reserve your books via Library Search and we'll contact you when it's ready to collect from the library.

  • Request print books via Library Search
  • Receive an email when the books are ready to collect from All Saints Library
  • Collect within 7 days; use your ID card to borrow at self-service machines
  • Reserve up to 10 books
  • Borrow up to 30 books at a time

We will process your click and collect requests as quickly as possible.  Our current safety measures include a 72 hour quarantine period for returned books so there may be a delay in getting your books to you.

How to pick up a Click and Collect request

How to collect a Click and Collect request from the library.

When we confirm that your Click and Collect request is waiting by sending an email to your MMU email address, it will be held here.

And held under the first three letters of your last name and the last four numbers of your ID number.

Remember to follow the one-way system for social distancing.

When you have collected your Click and Collect request, don't forget to self-issue before leaving the library.

And, if you're not sure about anything, remember library staff are always happy to help.
