Items will be issued for 2 weeks and then renewed automatically on a weekly basis unless reserved by another customer.
We will notify you via your University email account when items are due for return so please make sure that you check your emails regularly. It is also advisable to regularly check My Library Account to monitor return dates.
If you don't return an item which has been recalled by the Library, you will be issued with an invoice for the cost of a replacement item.
You will not be able to renew items if:
the item is reserved;
your account is blocked because of outstanding fines over £10 and/or very overdue items;
you have outstanding University fees;
the item has been renewed more than 99 times.
